Fresh Italian Cheeses

You just don't know what you've missed if you never had a taste of Burrata drizzled with olive oil and pepper or served with fresh peaches, heirloom tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and sea salt.  And if you've never had Fresh Mozzarella with heirloom tomatoes, basil, balsamic, olive oil and salt and pepper, just ask anyone who has how delicious it is.  Use it in Lasagna to replace the rubbery skim milk Mozzarella most people use and we promise you will never go back.  These products are highly perishable and must be consumed fresh.  To better serve our customers we now bring in Fresh Mozzarella Balls and Burrata every Tuesday.  Other fresh cheeses are available by pre-order only.

Our fresh cheeses are made by Gioia Cheese Company the day before delivery.  Fresh Burrata has a shelf life of 5-6 days and Fresh Mozarella has a shelf life of 7-10 days.

Mini Cheese of the Month Club

In Our Mini Cheese of the Month Club you get 2-3 artisan cheeses and a condiment specially selected to go with your Mini Cheese of the Month Club cheeses.  The cheeses selected for our Mini Cheese of the Month Club will include unique and out of the way cheeses produced by American and International cheese makers.  Many will be "boutique" and hard to find cheeses, all delicious, and some we will only make available by pre-order through our Mini Cheese Club of the Month Club.  The cost per month is $30.00.  To purchase go to our Catalog and Select "Mini Cheese of the Month Club."  You can purchase monthly or order several months at a time.
